This Privacy Policy explains what information AskSayso ("Sayso," "we," "our," or "us") collects when you use Sayso, how we use it, how we protect it, and the choices you have. It applies to our website, applications, and related services (collectively, the "Service").

We do not sell, rent, or share your phone number or SMS opt-in information with third parties for their marketing purposes. SMS opt-in data and consent are never shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing purposes under any circumstances.
4. Cookies and Tracking Technologies
We and our service providers use cookies, pixels, local storage, and similar tracking technologies to operate the Service, remember your preferences, measure the performance of our marketing, and understand how visitors use our site.
- Strictly necessary: required for the site to function, such as maintaining your session.
- Analytics: help us understand aggregate usage and improve the Service (for example, page views and referral sources).
- Advertising and conversion: we use the Meta (Facebook) Pixel to measure the effectiveness of our advertising and to attribute booked calls to specific campaigns. This may involve cookies set by Meta.
You can control cookies through your browser settings, and you can opt out of interest-based advertising through industry tools such as the Digital Advertising Alliance (optout.aboutads.info) or your device's advertising controls. Most browsers also support "Do Not Track" signals; because there is no industry standard for how sites should respond, we currently do not respond to those signals.
5. How We Share Information
We do not sell or share personal data with third parties for their marketing purposes. We share information only in the following limited circumstances:
- Service providers: with vendors who help us operate the Service (for example, cloud hosting, telephony, and analytics providers), bound by contractual confidentiality and data-protection obligations.
- Legal and safety: when required by law, subpoena, or other legal process, or when we believe in good faith that disclosure is necessary to protect our rights, your safety, or the safety of others.
- Business transfers: in connection with a merger, acquisition, financing, or sale of assets, subject to standard confidentiality protections.
6. Data Retention
We retain personal information for as long as your account is active or as needed to provide the Service, comply with legal obligations, resolve disputes, and enforce our agreements. Call recordings and transcripts are retained for the period necessary to provide coaching, quality assurance, and product improvement, after which they are deleted or de-identified.
7. Security
We implement reasonable administrative, technical, and physical safeguards designed to protect the information we collect, including encryption in transit, access controls, and monitoring. No method of transmission or storage is 100% secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.
8. Your Rights and Choices
- Access and correction: request a copy of the personal information we hold about you or ask us to correct inaccurate information.
- Deletion: request that we delete your personal information, subject to legal and operational retention requirements.

- Marketing email opt-out: follow the unsubscribe link in any marketing email we send.

Sayso is not directed to children under 18, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from anyone under 18. If you believe a child has provided us with personal information, contact us and we will take appropriate steps to delete it.
10. Changes to This Privacy Policy
We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. When we do, we will revise the "Last updated" date above and, where appropriate, provide additional notice.
